ABOUT US

The Dubai Youth Film Festival is a concept created through necessity.

We, as students and communicators, wanted to be able to connect and spread the interesting ideas we had about our passions amongst other interested students and speakers in the community.

However, as students heavily exposed to technology, there is a certain level of fluency required to effectively communicate with digital media.

Whether it is a movie, piece of artwork or photograph, students should be digitally adept to present their ideas effectively.

Not only do we intend for this to be a summit for passionate and experienced students to share their creations and ideas, but an incubator for all youth to spark interest and gain the knowledge required to be an effective modern-day communicator.
